DESOTO, Texas--Oct. 8, 2003-- Keith S. Walters, Chairman, President and CEO of Ennis Business Forms, Inc., announced today that Mr. Michael D. Magill has been appointed to the position of Vice President and Treasurer. Until August 2003, Mr. Magill was President and CEO of Safeguard Business Systems, Inc. (Safeguard). Mr. Magill had been with Safeguard since 1997, serving as President and CEO since 1999. Prior to joining Safeguard, Mr. Magill served in various financial management positions, primarily in the banking industry. Mr. Magill has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Walters stated that "Ennis Business Forms, Inc. is fortunate to have an individual with Mr. Magill's operations and financial management background to join the Company." The addition of Mr. Magill to the Company's management team is expected to add strength to this group in preparation for future growth.
