ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--Oct. 7, 2003-- Danka Business Systems PLC today announced the death of a member of its Board of Directors, C. Anthony Wainwright on Friday, October 3, 2003. Mr. Wainwright had served as a non-executive director on Danka's board since 1999 and was the Vice Chairman of Arnold Worldwide Partners. The company wishes to acknowledge his many contributions and express its sympathy to Mr. Wainwright's family and friends.
