NORCROSS, GA – Unisource Worldwide, Inc., one of the largest privately held companies in the United States, announced that Juanita Biasini has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources for Unisource Worldwide, Inc.   

In this new position, Biasini will report directly to Jenny Williams, General Counsel & Executive Vice President – Human Resources, and will have responsibility for human resources activities that support all of Unisource's global businesses.  She has approximately 20 years of experience in human resources, including performance management, succession planning, organizational development, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and shared services implementation.  Prior to joining Unisource, Biasini most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Aquilex Corporation, a private equity backed technology-based service provider to the energy industry.  

Biasini received her Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also certified by the Society for Human Resources Management (SPHR) and the Canadian Human Resources Professional (CHRP) organizations, which are the U.S. and Canadian human resources professional designations.
