Mutoh Appoints Nick Gonzalez as Customer Field Service Engineer

Phoenix, AZ – Mutoh, an industry leader in wide-format printers, proudly hires Nick Gonzalez as Mutoh's newest customer field service engineer. Gonzalez's extensive background in technical support and customer service makes him a perfect fit for his new position.
 
Working under the guidance of the service manager: Mike Bisson, Gonzalez's main responsibilities will include: technical support for resellers, create and update service documentation and cross train with other departments to familiarize Mutoh staff on product advances and features.
 
Prior to his newly appointed position at Mutoh, Gonzalez was a large-format service tech at The CAD Store where he worked onsite to repair products for architectural, engineering and graphic design firms. His job also encompassed supporting software, troubleshooting network issues and sales. Gonzalez looks forward to continuing his wide-format career with Mutoh.
