Pitney Bowes Business Insight Signs Agreement with ActivePath

TROY, N.Y., – Pitney Bowes Business Insight, a global leader in customer data, analytics and communication software and services, today announced an agreement with ActivePath, the developer of a secure two-way email banking systems to further extend its industry-leading customer communications management solutions. Through this alliance, Pitney Bowes Business Insight is now able to enhance its digital communication adoption, increase security around customer communications, improve self-service capabilities and expand cross-sell effectiveness for financial institutions.

In line with Pitney Bowes Business Insight's mission to "enable lifetime customer relationships" for its clients, ActivePath enables financial organizations to communicate and interact with customers in real time by offering transaction banking and other services within email. With these solutions, banks may improve their online service capabilities and differentiate their customer service using the following features:

  • Sending 'Actionable' Communications – enhanced, real-time alerts personalized to each customer's account allowing them to take instant action.
  • Saving with Paperless eCommunications – e-statements and documents delivered directly to customer inboxes, saving time, printing and mailing costs.
  • Extending Special Offers and Loyalty-building Programs – personalized and event-triggered actionable offers and loyalty-building programs to widen cross-sell products and customer relationships.
