Komori America Appoints Patrick Callahan Director of Service Operations

Rolling Meadows, IL, – Komori America Corporation, a premier manufacturer of sheetfed and web offset printing presses, today announced that Patrick Callahan has been appointed director of service operations. Callahan will be responsible for the entire parts and service operation for North America. This will include developing new processes and procedures within the service organization and supervising an ongoing customer-needs assessment to ensure continued customer satisfaction. Callahan brings to Komori over 30 years of experience in the printing industry, having served in a variety of production and service capacities over the course of his career. Most recently, Callahan held the position of director of service for Xpedx Ryobi.

Callahan will report to Komori America's president and COO, Kosh Miyao. Miyao noted that Callahan's previous service experience lays a strong foundation for his new and expanded role. "His proven knowledge and understanding of our customers' service needs, along with our ability to leverage his strong leadership qualities, can only help us further expand Komori's service capabilities."
