Castiglione and Kypriotakis Launch Co-Operative Sales Development Venture

Press release from the issuing company

Cleveland, Ohio – Graphic arts sales, marketing and management consultants Dennis Castiglione (Procom Marketing) and John Kypriotakis (Lysis International) announced today a co-operative venture to help companies generate new sales. Branded 360 Business Development, the offering is a turn-key new business development service that assists companies in identifying prospects, building effective marketing solutions that attract new customers, and coaching sales professionals to successfully convert opportunities into real business.

"New business development is a necessity today to grow and prosper in this challenging economy and competitive industry," says Kypriotakis, a noted sales and management consultant. "The concept of 360 Business Development is to give companies access to professionals with proven experience, industry knowledge and notable success who can build and help implement a sustainable new business campaign, from start to finish."

Kypriotakis and Castiglione have also engaged Connie Abood, President of Market Pulse, Inc. as a partner in the venture. "Connie has been doing market analysis, customer satisfaction surveys and competitive studies in the graphic arts industry for almost 20 years. Her market research firm is key to helping us identify trends, prospective opportunities and marketable differentiation for clients of 360 Business Development," says Castiglione.

"There is no 'silver bullet' when it comes to generating new sales in this, or any other, industry," warns Kypriotakis. "It still requires doing the fundamentals; laying the proper foundation then launching a well planned marketing program in advance of the sales effort," he says.

"This team we've assembled essentially becomes a 'strike force' for companies who would like to jumpstart their sales efforts, rise through a sales plateau, grow sales more profitably, find new markets to engage or simply keep the pipeline full," says Castiglione.

All three industry professionals will continue to maintain their respective consulting practices while working together on this joint venture. "We believe our combined skills, industry knowledge and experience can be an incredible resource for printers and other graphic arts companies who are serious about growing and prospering in this highly competitive market," adds Abood.

Abood's company, Market Pulse, Inc., is a market research firm that was founded in 1989. Castiglione founded Procom in 1990 as a sales & marketing consulting firm specializing in the graphic arts industry. Kypriotakis launched Lysis International in 1993 as a management consulting firm specializing in sales management, marketing and customer service.
