Press release from the issuing company
Livingston, MT – Today, PrintingForLess.com (PFL), America's Print Shop for custom printing, announced their new, environmentally-friendly Ultraviolet (UV) Coating services for commercial printing at http://pfl.com/uv. UV coating is a recyclable, shiny coating applied to a printed, paper surface and cured on a special machine using ultraviolet light. The final result creates eye-catching postcards, business cards, catalogs, or any product that can benefit from a rich, glossy and dramatic look.
"In the past, UV coating was harmful to pressman and the environment, but it has come a long way in the last two years," says Andrew Field, PFL Founder and CEO. "We've added it to our product offerings because it is now an environmentally-friendly way for our customers to add a 'Wow' factor to their commercial printing pieces."
In addition to being biodegradable and using 15% less energy than standard UV processes, PFL's UV coating:
"Because UV coating dries quickly and reduces production time, we can ship custom printing orders earlier and faster," says Field. "This way, we can provide additional value to our customers while being mindful of the environment."
