"For starters, the MB780 offers a low purchase price and is easy to use, all while including an above-average feature set and impressive reliability," said BLI Associate Editor Carl Schell. "Even more impressive, the unit is open-architecture-enabled to allow for seamless integration with OKI and third-party software to streamline and automate workflow."

"We are proud that our MB780 has been recognized for Outstanding A4 Monochrome MFP for Large Workgroups by BLI for their Summer 'Pick' Awards," said Carl Taylor, Director of Marketing for OKI Data Americas. Value and Ease of Use Win "Pick" for Dell
Winner of a BLI "Pick" in the small workgroup MFP category, the Dell 2355dn offers features and flexibility not often seen on such low-priced devices. "The Dell 2355 is an affordable option for small workgroups that offers a low cost per page, but doesn't skimp on features or functionality," said BLI's Senior Lab Test Technician Tony Maceri. "And with its full-color touch-screen interface, the unit is extremely easy to use for copying and scanning, as well as printing from a thumb drive using the standard USB port."

"Dell is honored to have been chosen by Buyers Laboratory as its 'Pick' for Outstanding A4 Monochrome MFP for Small Workgroups," said Don Heath, marketing director for Dell Printing and Imaging. "With the 2355dn Multifunction Laser Printer, we sought to deliver outstanding value in the form of world-class reliability and efficiency. We are dedicated to providing our customers with quality solutions to meet their diverse printing needs."

HP Wins for Enterprise-Level Features in an Inkjet Printer
An easy-to-use inkjet printer that combines the best of ink and laser worlds, the HP Officejet Pro 8000 Enterprise takes BLI's "Pick" in the business inkjet category. "A budget-friendly choice, with a purchase price and cost per page that are lower than the average of its peers, both inkjet and laser, the Officejet Pro 8000 Enterprise Printer offers an above-average feature set that includes security and management features not normally found on devices in this class," said BLI's Orr. "In fact, combined with its strong showing in our tests, the Officejet Pro 8000 strong feature set and aggressive pricing make it a more viable option than many low-end lasers for a variety of business environments."

"We are pleased that BLI has awarded the HP Officejet Pro 8000 Enterprise Printer with this distinction for its low cost of ownership, professional print quality and enterprise manageability," said Hatem Mostafa, vice president with HP's Imaging & Printing Group. "The HP Officejet Pro prints professional color for up to 50 percent lower cost per page than lasers and it is our first desktop inkjet printer for the enterprise with built-in support for HP's print management tools. IT managers can easily integrate the device into existing printing environments, increasing productivity and reducing management costs."
