Xerox Flies High as Cirque du Soleil Official Partner

Press release from the issuing company

ROCHESTER, N.Y., – Flexibility, creativity and a legacy of innovation are three things Xerox Corporation has in common with its new partner, Cirque du Soleil.  Xerox now is the exclusive provider of office equipment and document technology and services for Cirque du Soleil's Big Top and Arena Touring shows in the U.S., Canada and Europe.

"The performers in Cirque du Soleil are renowned for exhilarating stunts and high performance," said Christa Carone, chief marketing officer, Xerox Corporation.  "Xerox technology takes care of the business behind the brand, so they can focus on awe-inspiring feats."

Xerox will work with Cirque du Soleil at its headquarters, satellite offices and on its touring shows to simplify business processes and document management. In addition to providing managed print services, Xerox will help the show develop customized cross-media campaigns to engage new audiences and increase ticket sales.

"Our business partnership with Xerox plays to our mutual brand strengths and global reach, while giving both enterprises ways to benefit from each other's innovation," said Mario D'Amico, marketing senior vice president, Cirque du Soleil.  "Xerox's equipment and services provide the perfect behind-the-scenes solutions to help us run our touring operations smoothly."

Xerox will host Real Business Live! and premium hospitality events in conjunction with performances to engage, entertain and educate its customers and prospects.
