Press release from the issuing company

West Caldwell, NJ, – CCG is pleased to announce that it has recently installed an iGen4 EXP. This will be the 3rd iGen4 in CCG's digital print suite.

"The high-end capabilities of the iGen4 press has allowed CCG to advance digital print as a marketing solution and spur growth in our direct mail, loyalty, and consumer facing sampling programs." said Rick Walsh, Vice President of Print Operations. "With the iGen4 EXP our set-up time is reduced, productivity is increased and new high-value applications can be created."

Machine Facts and Stats:

  • Largest sheet size (14.33" x 26") in class – produces multi-up jobs such as full-size tri-fold brochures, and postcards and greeting cards, or extra large book covers and jackets.
  • Automated Web to Finish solution – streamlines the production process as orders come in, quickly changing and synchronizing production instructions as needed.
  • Integration with Adobe PDF Print Engine – drives quick and reliable printing of native Adobe PDF files with expanded prepress and make-ready productivity improvements.

The iGen4 EXP is the latest model built on the award-winning iGen4 platform. It provides an immediate productivity spike with a host of new prepress capabilities and the industry's largest digital cut-sheet solution available today. Furthermore, CCG has made additional investments in document composition data engineers to support this growing solution set.

"CCG's business has been strong and this investment allows our strong organic growth to continue," said Lois Pinkin, Chairwoman of CCG. "We are thrilled that we have the capacity and strong data management personnel to provide the best custom-engineered direct mail solutions to our customers," stated Simon Hooks, CEO. "Over the past 5 years, our data staff and infrastructure has firmly established us as the leader in our industry. This investment now allows us the opportunity to capitalize on that leadership position."
