St. Louis, MO – Masterpiece Graphix (MGX), a digital material manufacturer and treatment center, now offers a line of ready-to-run inkjet BOPP and paper substrates for the Memjet RapidX digital inkjet press, as well as other digital narrow web water-based inkjet technologies. In addition, MGX now offers substrate consultation, custom treatment options, and toll coating solutions for water-based inkjet and UV inkjet digital press users.

In response to emerging digital technologies and high demand for compatible stocks, Masterpiece Graphix utilized its expertise as a digital treatment center to test and treat in-demand substrates for narrow web water-based inkjet and UV inkjet technologies.

Masterpiece Graphix offers a stocked product line of pressure-sensitive matte and gloss BOPP and papers for digital narrow web inkjet label production on the RapidX press, as well as other digital inkjet technologies. These four products are offered as turnkey material solutions for water-based narrow web inkjet presses:

R1511: 2.6 Mil White BOPP/Perm/2.2 mil. This spec is available as either a gloss or matte product.

R1503: Inkjet Gloss/Perm/3.2 mil lay-flat liner

R1502: Inkjet Gloss/Perm/45#

R1519: Matte Ink Jet Copy Paper/Perm/3.2 mil lay-flat liner

Masterpiece Graphix inkjet products have been trialed and approved to run on the Memjet RapidX digital inkjet label press. All new installations of the RapidX are provided with information on Masterpiece Graphix's available materials for water-based inkjet technologies. As with all Masterpiece Graphix materials, all inkjet substrates are guaranteed to print with optimum results.

As an EFI Jetrion media partner, Masterpiece Graphix has manufactured several high-performance gloss and semigloss paper solutions for the EFI Jetrion UV inkjet digital press, including EFI Jetrion-certified 54# Semigloss/Perm/40# (R1338).
