Enterprise Print Management Solutions User Conference a Huge Success

Press release from the issuing company

Middleboro, MA – Enterprise Print Management Solutions(EPMS), announced today that its 2011 User Conference was one of the best conferences in the company's 22 year history.  The annual event was held during the last week in April at Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas NV.  Attendance was high and the attendees represented a diverse group of printing companies from all over North America.  Among the conference highlights were announcements of new products and services.  The company also conducted video interviews with several of its client companies, an activity that EPMS intends to continue.  Interview videos are posted to the EPMS Blogsite at www.entpms.com.

"The idea of the videos arose from a desire to highlight the many ways our product is used by our clients" said Craig Andersen, Chief Operating Officer of EPMS. "These videos also focus on the quality of the relationships between EPMS and its clients. The concept was well received by the attendees, and we plan to expand upon the use of these videos as marketing, training and communications tools for EPMS "

Each year the EPMS user conference provides clients with the opportunity to hear about and see the  numerous  enhancements  that have been added to the Enterprise product suite.  "Our development goal at EPMS is to provide our clients with the best possible management tools for their businesses, "said Mark Andersen, President/CTO of EPMS. " Each year, this conference gives invaluable  feedback to our development team with regard to functionalities that our users need to run their companies more efficiently.  "

An important outcome of the user conference was the formation of a committee of EPMS clients   who are active  print/mail/fulfillment  companies.  "The purpose of this  committee is to work with our users to determine what enhancements should be done in Enterprise that are specific to print/mail/fulfillment functionality", said Craig Andersen.  "Enterprise handles print/mail/fulfillment extremely well, but we want to make it better and more powerful for our users."
