Moore Wallace President Leaves, Announces Organizational Changes

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario & NEW YORK--Jan. 23, 2004-- Moore Wallace Incorporated announced today that Thomas W. Oliva, President & Chief Operating Officer, has elected to leave the Company. Thomas G. Brooker has been named Group President, Forms, Labels and Office Products, and Dean E. Cherry has been named Group President, Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Business Communications Services and Print Fulfillment. Mr. Brooker and Mr. Cherry will report to Mark A. Angelson, the Company's Chief Executive Officer. "The strength and depth of our management team are among our most valuable assets," said Mr. Angelson. "As a result, we have an orderly plan to put the right leadership in place." Mr. Angelson continued, "Tom Brooker has devoted his entire career to Moore Wallace, most recently as head of our direct sales force. Dean Cherry has discharged a wide array of professional responsibilities at World Color Press, Moore Corporation, and Moore Wallace. There is virtually no aspect of the business he has not supervised. Tom and Dean are printing industry veterans who will provide seasoned leadership for their respective segments, and I look forward to continuing our successful working relationship."
