The range of successful Xmelt hot-melt tanks is growing. Now melters with 80 kg / 176 lb and more of tank volume and 8 hoses offer the same comfort that the users of smaller units have learned to appreciate. Even the biggest Xmelt unit fits the size of a Euro-Pallet. The system grows with customers and their future production requirements in terms of new products, production sequence or capacity. The tank design stands for optimum heat-up cycles and - at the same time - easy cleaning. Baumer hhs emphasises excellent insulation.

While many components base on the successful Xmelt series, for the use in larger devices Baumer hhs have integrated a touch screen that visualizes the operating status clearly. With internal and external data communications, the melting equipment serves as the data center of your machine. You can save time and energy by easily configuring the glue parameters of your XM-25 from your master control station, when needed.

As an alternative to the proven piston pump with wear-free electronic movement control, you can equip the large Xmelt melter also with gear pump(s) that ensures extremely even glue application. With the biggest units you can easily change gear pumps even when tank is full. This allows for different flow rates at varying jobs.

A ball at the bottom of the filter cartridge closes when the filter is being replaced to prevent tank contamination. A special outlet in the area of the hose connections is integrated in the system for quick and controlled glue discharge. Effective and resource-saving work with hot-melt adhesives commands a continuous production process without interruptions as low as possible cleaning time and long-term maintenance intervals.
