The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Delivers Personalized Photo Books with GMC Software Technology and DG3

Upon program level completion, DofE participants can visit the program's secure online storefront and easily design and select photos for a fully personalized memory of their achievement.

Using composition, web storefront and backend automation capabilities from GMC Software Technology, DG3 have developed a web-based application and simple workflow for program participants. Once completing a Bronze, Silver or Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award, a young person can go online from any computer connected to the Web and easily create a fully personalized photo book. The completed photo book can be automatically submitted online and printed via DG3 or downloaded as a PDF. The web-based application is intuitive, easy-to-use and does not require special software.

As a result of the success of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award's programmes of achievement, DG3 uses GMC Software Technology to manage close to 80% of their transactional printing; DG3 will also use the GMC solution to actively target new prospects in the web-to-print and TransPromo markets.
