PHD Mail selects Pitney Bowes

Press release from the issuing company

Windsor, UK, - Staffordshire-based PHD Mail has selected Pitney Bowes to provide engineering service support across all of its mailing technology platforms.
Two Pitney Bowes engineers have been employed full-time to support PHD's mail production technology, including service support for inserting platforms from other manufacturers.
Pitney Bowes' multi-vendor service offering is proving increasingly attractive to the market, providing businesses with the simplicity of just one point of contact for all service issues.

Kevin Dunn, Business Development Director, PHD Mail, comments: "We have worked with Pitney Bowes for many years and we know the quality of their service engineers.

"Multi-vendor service makes total sense to us. We can deal solely with Pitney Bowes whenever issues arise, and we have two Pitney Bowes engineers on site, six days per week, enabling us to keep productivity levels at the maximum.  Pitney Bowes provides us with a fixed price for all parts and labour which enables us to budget and plan ahead with more confidence."
Gareth Stoten, General Manager of Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies UK & Ireland, comments: "We are seeing more and more interest in the multi-vendor service approach.

"More than anything, print and mail businesses want simplicity and reliability from their suppliers. Having just one point of contact to turn to for all service queries enables PHD Mail to focus its time on providing their customers with quality and value."
