Wilmington, Mass. - interlinkONE, a provider of web-based marketing software solutions, today announced its chief executive officer, John Foley, will present an educational workshop on how to implement effective social media campaigns for the Charlotte Direct Marketing Association (CDMA). The presentation will take place Thursday, April 14, at the Hilton Charlotte City Center in Charlotte, NC. CDMA provides Carolina's direct and interactive marketing professionals with career and social opportunities.
In the session, titled "Strategy Before Tactics," Foley will explore how marketers can utilize social media tools and techniques to:

- Find the right target audience
- Engage with customers and prospects
- Drive business results
- Measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
"Many companies have already adopted social media into their marketing plans; they are now looking for strategies to maximize the impact." Foley said, "They want to know how to stay in the conversation and translate that conversation into business results."
