April 11, 2011 -- Lexington, Kentucky USA -- WhatTheyThink today announced that it is hosting the second annual Print CEO of the Year award with New Direction Partners. Nominations are now open. The event is sponsored by Presstek. “We are very happy to be hosting our second CEO of the Year event. Like last year, there are many ways in which this award is different from others in our industry,” said Randy Davidson, CEO of WhatTheyThink. “While initial nominations will be reviewed by a panel of esteemed industry experts, the final choices will be made by voting among more than 1,000 print CEOs, making this the only award that is determined by CEO peers. In addition, WhatTheyThink is again working with renowned artist and sculptor Mac Worthington to create awards that are memorable and are themselves works of art.”

Awards will be presented to four runner-ups and the CEO of the Year at a cocktail reception and dinner on September 10th at Chicago’s prestigious University Club. Attendance is by invitation only and is the event is sponsored by Presstek. “We are very happy to have Joe Davis of Consolidated Graphics, the inaugural Print CEO of the Year for 2010. join us to share his thoughts on the finalists and help pass the torch to this year’s winner,” added Davidson.
