John Hyde to explore M&A strategies in April NAPL NewsTalk live broadcast

Press release from the issuing company

Paramus, N.J. - Two graphic communications executives involved in recent mergers and acquisitions activity will offer their perspectives on the M&A process during an informal conversation with NAPL Senior Vice President John Hyde, a veteran industry M&A expert, on the next edition of NAPL NewsTalk Live. The free one-hour live podcast will be held on April 21, from 11 a.m. to noon, Eastern Time.

"The process of Mergers and Acquisitions is all about careful preparation and thoughtful strategy," says Hyde, "and our conversation will take a real-world view of how best to approach a pivotal business transaction whether you are seeking to buy or sell a company.

"As we discuss the M&A experience with our guests," he continues, "listeners will not only come away with useful insight into the mechanics of key M&A concepts, but also gain a clearer understanding of how to prepare for and successfully use the process in order to accomplish their own M&A goals in the most effective and profitable manner."

"We expect this to be an extremely informative broadcast, given John's unmatched experience in industry mergers and acquisitions, and the recent experiences of his guests," says NAPL Senior Consultant Howard Fenton, who serves as NewsTalk Live moderator. "And, of course, listeners will also be able to submit their own questions to the panelists."
