ImageXpres announces strong orders of FreePrintze

Press release from the issuing company

Rochester, NY - ImageXpres Corporation, today announced strong orders for its interactive SmartKiosk product line, driven mainly by demand from several major retailer customers who will implement pilot programs during the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2010, in advance of planned major rollouts.

John S. Zankowski, ImageXpres President, CEO, states, "We are pleased to announce that sales of two of our major product families, SmartKiosk interactive systems, and our FreePrintze multimedia advertising platform, are running ahead of plan, and are receiving an exceptionally positive response from several major retailers. The combination of interactive, intelligent SmartKiosks located in retail businesses, along with several strong, consumer-oriented POS applications such as our FreePrintze program, offers strong benefits for retail locations. Increased store traffic, and the potential for increased sales revenue per customer visit, is a compelling value proposition for businesses.

"Our business model is proving to be fundamentally attractive to business owners, manufacturers and service providers seeking increased consumer awareness and more effective ways to advertise their goods and services. Our SmartKiosk platform, combined with our unique FreePrintze rewards and personal photo prints at no charge to the consumer, deliver that value for businesses."

Mr. Zankowski concludes, "We have firm orders in-house for 250 SmartKiosk systems, to be delivered in June, all targeted for major retail customers. As these systems prove successful, the follow-on sales potential is significantly higher. Also, keep in mind that advertising sales revenues per installed unit is expected to exceed $1,500.00 per month, or $18,000.00 annually. Just from the 250 units, that equates to over $4 million annualized revenue for ImageXpres.

"As we firm up very sensitive contract discussions and negotiations with various retail customers, ImageXpres will announce further details and implementation plans of those specific retail customers. In all our discussions, ImageXpres' basic operating principle is to forge long term 'joint venture' partnerships wherever we can, and continue to deliver ongoing, revenue-generating services and support for our installed SmartKiosk systems."
