Agfa Graphics to host free printing road show in Plano, Texas

Agfa Graphics announced today that technology experts will be at the company’s Plano, Texas, facility for a free Printing Road Show to demonstrate various products and services representing every stage of the printing process. The event is being held at the company’s 2601 Resource Drive, Plano, TX 75074 location. The Printing Road Show is being held on Tuesday, March 29th and Wednesday, March 30th, 2011, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Among the products being featured at the event are:

- Agfa's :Anapurna Mw wide-format hybrid UV inkjet printer designed for producing decorative indoor and outdoor applications that require a white ink function;
- the affordable, efficient and expandable Gallus ECS 340 label printing press;
- the Epson Stylus Pro GS6000, a 64-inch wide, 8-color solvent-based printing system ideal for outdoor applications; and the Epson Stylus Pro 7900 Computer to Plate System that handles any media type.

Representatives from companies such as 3M, apex, tesa, Torelief, Xymid and llc will be available at the event to answer questions and showcase their products. An assortment of print production tools being demonstrated include the OKI proColor pro510DW web printer, the DuPont Cyrel FAST processing system and Esko software with live 1712 CDI to image plates, among others.
