Announcing RSA AnyPrint technology to enable printing to any production printer

Press release from the issuing company

Rochester, NY - Rochester Software Associates (RSA), provider of production print workflow software solutions for in-plants and corporate print centers, announces RSA AnyPrint Technology, an RSA technology that bridges the gap across production printers, giving customers the freedom to make printer selections independent of workflow.

RSA's AnyPrint Technology is a core technology embedded in all RSA products, enabling RSA software to send fully ticketed print jobs to all production print devices from the major print vendors, eliminating the need to manually re-ticket jobs.

Even within a print vendor's family of printers, jobs often need to be re-ticketed for compatibility with different print controllers. RSA AnyPrint Technology eliminates re-ticketing, increasing efficiencies and allowing customers to make printer decisions independent of workflows.

Corporate Print centers require the flexibility to print to multiple production printers to create and maintain the most efficient workflow, effectively utilize equipment, and remain profitable. As equipment and needs change, the RSA AnyPrint Technology helps customers retain existing workflows with solutions such as TicketMe, to convert job tickets, our other transform products  (M.I.S. Print and IPDSPrint) to convert data streams, and create job tickets for documents submitted through WebCRD or  QDirect.SCAN to print on production printers from multiple manufacturers.

Don Webster, Development Director states, "This core technology is key to how all of our products automate communications to printers, maximize employee productivity, and leverage existing and future investments in printer equipment, regardless of make or model." Continuing, he said, "By making this core technology available in all of our products, it adds multiple capabilities to each, increases functionality and provides greater value."
