Denmaur Independent Papers, one of the UK's leading independent paper merchant groups has continued its staff expansion with the announcement of the appointment of Andy Bruguier to the role of Marketing Manager.

Andy, who was previously with rival merchant group Antalis McNaughton, joined Denmaur this month, spending his first day welcoming customers and visitors to Denmaur's stand at leading publishing exhibition, Publishing Expo 2011. Denmaur used the event to launch their latest paper range, Amadeus Primo.

A graduate of Lancaster University, Andy came into the paper merchanting industry in 1995, when he joined the James McNaughton Paper Group, and left 15 years later, having spent time  as a Buyer and then as the Product Manager for Graphic Boards, before being promoted to Marketing Manager in 2003.

Integrated into the Antalis Coalville structure, he became the Marketing Services Manager in 2008. After helping to launch the Antalis McNaughton brand into the market in 2010 following the two merchant's integration, Andy left the company in November 2010.

Andy is now charged with developing corporate, brand and product awareness within Denmaur, and stated "it's great to be at such a dynamic organization, who remain firmly focused on delivering ongoing first class service to its customers, while retaining a personal touch." Commenting further, "Denmaur continues to grow its business by offering their customers cost effective solutions to trade in a highly competitive and difficult economic environment."

Publishing Expo 2011 was held at Earls Court 2 on 1-2 March. Denmaur was the sole paper supplier to the show, supplying all of the paper used in promoting the exhibition, from tickets to programmes, leaflets and inserts.
