Press release from the issuing company

Boston, MA - Recently Bruce Hamilton, President of GBMP and a Shingo Academy inductee, was interviewed about all things lean by Brian Venge, founder of SmallBizKaizen, and you can now listen to the conversation at www.SmallBizKaizen.com.

During the 30-minute podcast, Bruce talks candidly about his 30 year career, his introduction to Continuous Improvement philosophy, principles and tools, the book he co-authored with Pat Wardwell, ("The e2 Continuous Improvement System"), and the famous "Toast Kaizen" DVD (and how it has taken on a life of its own!).

Bruce also passionately discusses the importance of having the right environment within an organization in which ideas can be put into practice and one in which employees are not afraid to take chances.

Brian Venge is the founder of SmallBizKaizen. For the past 20 years, he has worked on 5 continents for some of the world's largest multi-national corporations such as Nestle and Unilever doing what he understands and enjoys the most - implementing Continuous Improvement.  His website, SmallBizKaizen, was developed to provide Continuous Improvement inspiration to entrepreneurs.

Bruce Hamilton is also co-creator and co-star of the Lean Training DVD "Toast Value Stream Mapping". This sequel to "Toast Kaizen" is a 2011 Shingo Prize recipient. Bruce is also the author of the popular Lean/Continuous Improvement blog "Old Lean Dude".
