TWG Plus wins "Best of Show" in Educational Advertising Awards

Austin, TX – TWG Plus (The Whelan Group) received nine awards, including a Best of Show, for creative publications and recruitment marketing campaigns in the 26th Annual Higher Education Advertising Awards. In addition to being among the Best of Show, TWG Plus was honored with two gold, a silver, and five merit awards.

"We are excited about the recognition of our creative work by the Higher Education Marketing Report," said Scott Novak, Executive Vice President of TWG Plus. "Marymount Manhattan College's viewbook truly is a groundbreaking publication; however, its success is more evident in the application increase they have achieved. This is indicative of how we gauge ourselves as a company – awards are nice, but our success lies in achieving client goals."

Marymount Manhattan College's viewbook received a gold award and was recognized as Best of Show. The University of Oklahoma's search marketing postcard also received a gold award. Arizona State University's Carey School of Business received a silver award for their new media campaign, (a series of online banners), and a merit award for corresponding outdoor advertisements.

TWG Plus also received merit awards for creative and marketing pieces done for Kalamazoo College (viewbook), Howard Payne University (total recruitment campaign), Rhodes College (search marketing mailer), Southwest Baptist University (search marketing mailer) and the University of the Incarnate Word (total recruitment campaign).
