Press release from the issuing company

New York - The Advisory Board of New York University's Graphic Communications Management and Technology Program today named Harold McGraw III, chairman, president and chief executive officer of The McGraw-Hill Companies, as the Luncheon Chairman of the 25th Anniversary New York University Prism Luncheon. He will present the 2011 Prism Award to Thomas J. Quinlan III, president and chief executive officer of RR Donnelley & Sons Company, who was previously announced. The Prism Award is presented annually in recognition of distinguished leadership in the graphic communications media industry. 2011 marks the 25th anniversary of the NYU Prism Luncheon.

Mr. McGraw, known as Terry, commented: "I am particularly excited to be a part of this year's NYU Prism Luncheon. Recognizing Tom with the Prism Award is a tribute to his and RR Donnelley's commitment and valuable contributions to the field, and highlights Tom's longtime support of education. We look forward to celebrating his achievement, and continuing the important work of the NYU Prism Luncheon in raising scholarship money to help students advance their educations and careers."

Sponsored by the Master of Arts in Graphic Communications Management and Technology program at the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies, the 2011 Prism Award will be presented to Mr. Quinlan by Mr. McGraw during the 25th Annual Prism Award Luncheon on Tuesday, June 21st, 2011 in New York City. This year's ceremony will be held at the historical Gotham Hall located at 36th Street and Broadway.

Previous NYU Prism Award recipients include: Vyomesh (VJ) Joshi, executive vice president, HP's Imaging and Printing Group; Cathleen Black, chairman of Hearst Magazines and newly named Chancellor of New York City School System; Antonio M. Perez, president and CEO of Eastman Kodak Company; Anne M. Mulcahy, chairman of Xerox Corporation; Janet L. Robinson, president of The New York Times; and past CEOs of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, Sun Chemical Corporation and The Washington Post.

The net proceeds of the Prism Award Luncheon help fund student scholarships as well as student and program support for the internationally renowned NYU-SCPS Graphic Communications Management and Technology graduate program, which prepares the next generation of industry leaders. Since its inception, the Prism Award Luncheon has raised millions of dollars for scholarships for students in the program.

Advisory Board Co-Chairs Diane Romano, president and COO of HudsonYards, and Martin Maloney, chairman of Broadford & Maloney, Inc., added, "We are very pleased to have Terry McGraw and Tom Quinlan as part of our Prism Luncheon this year. This is much more than the 25th anniversary of a luncheon. Over the years hundreds of students have been assisted with Prism scholarship funds that have totaled millions of dollars. It is very gratifying to see students obtain their masters degrees and move into positions of growing responsibility and become our industry leaders of tomorrow."

Prism Committee Co-Chairs Laura Reid, vice president of production at Hearst Magazines, and Francis McMahon, vice president of marketing at Oce North America, further commented, "We believe that print and media organizations have a responsibility in encouraging students to take print to the next level. This is why our companies have sponsored the NYU program and supported student scholarships through Prism."

Tickets for the June 21st Prism Award Luncheon are available from $750 per person to $6,000 for a Sponsor's Table of eight, and $10,000 for a Co-Chairmanship (which includes a dais seat as well as a table of eight).
