Rochester, NY — WorkflowOne is increasing productivity and improving resource allocation by implementing workflow and web-based collaborative client software from KODAK Unified Workflow Solutions, an open infrastructure to manage both conventional and digital print production. The nationwide rollout of KODAK PRINERGY Rules-Based Automation Software, and KODAK INSITE Prepress Portal will help WorkflowOne reduce production costs, gain efficiencies and improve processes through seamless integration and automation of workflow tasks.

WorkflowOne’s customers will now have the ability to collaborate both within their own internal units and also with WorkflowOne’s prepress operations and perform automated proof approval via the InSite Prepress Portal. The use of Kodak technology gives WorkflowOne complete visibility of orders, from initial file input to final print production, allowing the company to optimize press use and leverage existing systems.
