A custom integration tool developed by BCC allows PlanetPress to work in conjunction with BCC’s Mail Manager suite of mail preparation software solutions.
 
PlanetPress gives users the ability to easily craft targeted communications based on customer or prospect data. The software uses data such as purchasing habits to create promotional messaging in the form of anything from an entire direct mailpiece to a one-line promo on a customer invoice. With BCC’s integration tool, targeted messaging can be taken even further. It allows Mail Manager to assess address data and provide PlanetPress with information that can be used to develop messaging based on gender, location and more. With the integration tool, Mail Manager can also sort PlanetPress files into optimal order for postage discounts, print all necessary postal statements, and embed tracking codes on each mailpiece.
