Wednesday, February 16, 2011

Press release from the issuing company

Moonachie, NJ – EarthDigital, a premier provider of digital print and integrated marketing solutions, today announced its Moonachie division has installed two Xerox iGen4 EXP digital presses, expanding the capabilities it currently enjoys with its five iGen4 presses already in operation. The iGen4 EXP-the latest model built on the award-winning iGen4 platform-provides a host of new prepress and finishing options along with the industry's largest digital cut-sheet solution available on the market today.  The new system offers nearly 50 percent more image area than competitive devices, making it the perfect digital press for all types of creative direct mail, sales collateral and photo publishing.

EarthDigital, with locations in Moonachie, NJ and Houston, TX, continuously strives to bring the very latest in products and solutions to its clients.   "The growing demand for high value, on-demand applications has allowed us to substantially expand our arsenal of digital presses from five to nine in less than one year," said Nicholas Brusco, president of EarthDigital's New Jersey operations. "We are very excited to offer our clients more capabilities with even higher productivity, as well as a greater service level with the enhanced suite of offerings these presses provide."

"The new iGen 4 EXP presses allow us to produce larger pieces such as 6-page brochures and pocket folders, but also make us more efficient by accommodating more units up on a press sheet.  This new technology together with the recent improvements made to color consistency and workflow automation will further strengthen our position in the market and our ability to satisfy our clients' ongoing requirements." said Lou Prisco, General Manager.
