RBP Chemical Technology acquires TX-based pressroom solutions

Milwaukee, Wisconsin — RBP Chemical Technology has acquired the assets of Pressroom Solutions Inc (PSI) of Fort Worth, Texas. Announcing the acquisition, RBP President Mark Kannenberg said: “Acquiring Pressroom Solutions enables RBP to better serve newspaper and commercial customers in the southwest and west coast areas of the United States. The experienced and respected PSI sales organization, combined with the depth of RBP operational and technical capabilities, mean that RBP can provide unparalleled service to the printing industry. We will service the needs of PSI customers from our many warehousing locations in North America, as well as our facility in Mumbai, India.”
