Wilmington, MA — Walle Corporation of Alpharetta, GA, with plants in Louisiana and Kentucky announces its selection of Prism’s management information system, WIN and QTMS. Walle continues its 100 year evolution by adding data access capabilities in real time – real time job status, real time machine performance, and real time stock levels, amongst other key performance indicators.

Walle is installing the entire Prism WIN suite and will benefit from the automation of shop floor data capture with installation of QTMS on virtually all of their equipment. WIN is a fully-integrated MIS, and is configurable to meet the specific needs of Walle. Walle will be able to configure specific workflows for each department, yet share all information across a common database for process efficiencies, and excellent cross-department communication.

The implementation follows Prism’s comprehensive project management process. The project evaluation was completed last month to carry out a full systems audit and define how Walle’s specific business objectives will be achieved. Project planning this month defines the detailed work plans, resources, schedule, and measurements. The Prism project management process also provides ongoing project control and reporting to keep the project on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
