Standard partner Hunkeler launches “Innovationdays Virtual” website

Press release from the issuing company

Andover, Massachusetts – Standard partner Hunkeler has just launched Innovationdays Virtual, a companion website to the live Innovationdays 2011 event which kicks-off February 14-17 in Lucerne, Switzerland.  Over 5,000 international experts and professionals from the areas of Print on Demand, Data Center, Mailroom, and Web Finishing are expected to gather to see live demonstrations of the latest digital print applications and paper processing solutions.  Innovationdays Virtual will serve as a practical information portal for the broader digital print community that wants to learn about the live event but is unable to attend.

Quick, easy and free registration at http://www.hunkeler.ch/virtual will provide access to a wealth of information on the various technologies that will be demonstrated by participating partners.  In all, over 70 different printer vendors, post-press manufacturers, inserting companies and software solutions providers will be represented from across the industry.  Once the event is underway, daily updates, video, photos and other content will be posted to capture the spirit and excitement of the show.

Industry-leading on-line media organization WhatTheyThink.com is serving as a premium media sponsor of Innovationdays Virtual. WhatTheyThink.com Senior Editor Cary Sherburne will conduct and post video interviews with attendees from North America and Europe, providing near-real-time action from the show floor.  And by registering for Hunkeler Innovationdays 2011 Virtual, new WhatTheyThink members can take advantage of WhatTheyThink premium content at no charge for six months.

According to Johan Laurent, Standard Hunkeler Business Manager, “Innovationdays Virtual will give those digital print professionals who can’t make this trip a chance learn, share, and find answers to the paper processing challenges that face their business.  And it will be a useful resource for visitors after they return home.”
