Flint Group is pleased to announce that Daniel F. McDowell has been appointed as President of the global Packaging & Narrow Web division with effect from 1st February 2011.

Dan will also join Flint Group's Executive Management Team (EMT) and will report directly to Antoine Fady, Chief Executive Officer.

Dan started in the ink industry in 1990 with Color Converting Industries (CCI), and joins Flint Group from his current position at Siegwerk Druckfarben AG as President of Global Operations, having previously run Siegwerk's North American business for 6 years.

Flint Group's global Packaging and Narrow Web division offers a wide range of inks and coatings used for packaging and label printing, including conventional and UV curing flexo inks and gravure inks for wide web packaging printing  - as well as UV curing narrow web inks for flexographic, lithographic, letterpress and screen printing.
