The name of the merged company is Canon Business Solutions-East, Inc. Canon U.S.A., Inc. is a subsidiary of Canon Inc.. President of the newly formed Canon Business Solutions-East, Dennis Uhniat, said the merger will "streamline internal processes throughout the organization, helping us provide the best service and support capabilities in the industry.
