Prior to this role, Kaisen was the vice president and general manager of Consulting and Systems Integration for Avaya Corporation, a $450 million worldwide business. In addition, he held numerous technology and general management positions over the course of a 20-year career at Xerox Corporation, and was the CIO for New England Business Services.
