NSi AutoStore receives bEST partner certification from Konica Minolta

Press release from the issuing company

Ramsey, N.J. and Rockville, Md. – Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. (Konica Minolta), a leading provider of advanced imaging and networking technologies for the desktop to the print shop, and Notable Solutions, Inc. (NSi), a leading developer of distributed content capture and workflow solutions, today announce the immediate availability of a new release of the Konica Minolta MFP 2.0 capture solution.

Supporting Konica Minolta's award winning line of bizhub Multifunctional Printers (MFPs - print, copy, fax, and scan all in one system), NSi AutoStore enables users to capture documents directly from the operation panel of the MFPs and deliver scanned documents directly into line of business applications as well as over 32 content management systems such as Microsoft SharePoint or cloud services such as Google Apps.

With the release of the Konica Minolta MFP 2.0 capture solution, NSi AutoStore has earned certification in Konica Minolta's bizhub Extended Solutions Technology (bEST) program. AutoStore captures paper and electronic documents from a copier, scanner, or printer, and then processes them and routes them into the user's business system or application. An integral part of bizhub OP (Open Platform), the bEST program enables a seamless interface between bizhub MFPs and software applications residing on a PC or server.

Utilizing NSi's patented AutoStore platform and bEST Technology, the new Konica Minolta MFP 2.0 capture solution allows users to capture documents from any Konica Minolta MFP that supports the Open API platform.  The capabilities of the integrated solution now includes database lookups, folder browsing, user authentication as well as the ability to send emails and deliver documents to Microsoft SharePoint directly from the bizhub MFP control panel.

"This partnership further streamlines the scanning, processing and delivery of documents for NSi customers that are Konica Minolta end-users and makes overall business workflow more user-friendly and efficient," said Kevin Kern, Senior Vice President, Marketing at Konica Minolta.  "Our partnership gives customers another great reason to count on Konica Minolta to help them make cost-effective, intelligent document processing decisions."

"We look forward to continuing our growing and successful global partnership with Konica Minolta," said Mike Morper, vice president of marketing at Notable Solutions, Inc. "They are a recognized technology leader who shares our commitment to providing customers with an information on-ramp to their business processes. Our joint offering brings significant value to customers looking to automate their document processes and improve business efficiency."
