Archer Names Kim Collins National Director of Best Practices in Operations

NEW YORK, Sept. 29 -- Archer Management Services, an Oce company and national leader in document, reprographics, print and mailroom outsourcing services, today announced the appointment of Kimberly A. Collins as National Director of Best Practices in Operations. Ms. Collins's principal focus will be to evaluate and manage Archer's current best practices and standards programs and launch new initiatives to further strengthen the Company's operations and client services. "Kim's deep knowledge of the office services industry and her achievements in implementing programs to reduce costs and improve client services will deliver an immediate positive impact for Archer and its clients," said Walter Baransky, chief operating officer of Archer Management Services. "We are very pleased to have Kim join the Archer team." Ms. Collins most recently held the position of director of standards and best practices at Pitney Bowes Management Services, where she created and drove client services programs that directly aided in the retention of multi-million dollar document management and office services accounts. Among her specific accomplishments in this role, Ms. Collins led the team that designed and launched a Web-based best practices system that was recognized internationally as an EMMA (Electronic Multi-Media Award) finalist. Prior to her director's position, Ms. Collins had held positions of increasing responsibility with Pitney Bowes since 1986 in operations analysis and management. Other roles at the company included launching its Canadian outsourcing business, where she spent three years as acting managing director. Ms. Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Mount Holyoke College.
