That's why they've launched a public relations campaign entitled "Make it Personal" promoting the value of printing tools such as variable data, one-to-one marketing and print on demand services. The response goes up and up as we add a personalized memo including the sender's signature." The benefits of printing on demand, or ordering only the amount of printed pieces that the customer needs now are many according to Hutson, "The days of printing 50,000 pieces are gone. No one wants to pay for stock that quickly becomes outdated to sit in their stockrooms or warehouses."
