Termoplast, Leading Provider in India, Turns to GMC

Press release from the issuing company

Boston, Massachusetts and Appenzell, Switzerland - GMC Software Technology, the standard in personalized communications, today announced Termoplast, a leading provider of labels, polybag and packaging accessories, has turned to GMC Software Technology to enter the variable data label market. As a result, Termoplast can now expect improved development time, print speeds and variable data output accuracy.

“Termoplast is a leader in the personalized polybag, label, packaging accessories printing market in Southern India, with clients of international brands such as United Colors of Benetton, Diesel, Timberland, Quicksilver and more.

“Our current variable data software tools tended to drag out development times, slow print speeds and provide us with accuracy issues,” said Sharad Singhi of Termoplast. “With GMC Software Technology’s solution in place, we are looking forward to reduced development times and faster print speeds as well as ‘zero error’ output.”

Termoplast will be utilizing design, production and output capabilities from GMC Software Technology to enter the market for color, variable data digital labels and to meet demand from a number of multinational corporations based in India. GMC’s solutions will also help Termoplast to develop new lines of business for personalized packaging products.

“Termoplast is the first variable data label provider to select GMC Software Technology in the region and we are honored to have them as a customer,” said Purnendu Mohanty, Manager Director of India at GMC Software Technology. “We are also looking forward to a long and mutually productive relationship as Termoplast enters new markets.”
