Johnson & Quin acquires Compuletter

Niles, Ill. — Johnson & Quin, a national leader in targeted direct marketing production services, today announced the successful completion of the acquisition of Compuletter, a 40-year old company that specializes in personalized direct marketing, fulfillment,  database and list management services. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
 
Compuletter’s current services combined with Johnson & Quin’s established full-service direct marketing solutions and innovative production technologies provide a unique opportunity for marketers seeking a vertically integrated provider of direct mail solutions. This acquisition continues Johnson & Quin’s expansion of its direct marketing services to provide clients capabilities that boost the campaign effectiveness of printed direct mail with targeted solutions like personalized URLs, microsites, QR codes, and integration of social media networks.
