Press release from the issuing company

Production Manager of the Year

Kenneth Fulton, Einstein Printing, Carrollton, Texas, has been honored for his outstanding work as production manager by CPrint International during the annual CPrint Production Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio, recently. Each year CPrint honors the most deserving production manager from print shops in North America.

According to Todd Nuckols, CPrint president, Einstein Printing is among an elite group of companies who are seeing sales increases in the slow economy. "Einstein Printing is focusing on principles and practices geared to exceptional customer service," said Nuckols. "Without superior production management there can be no exceptional customer service."

Keith Einstein, owner and general manager of Einstein Printing, said, "All of our employees have a tremendous respect for Kenneth. I can't begin to tell you how important that is for a leader. He has embraced the changes we make as we move forward. He's not invested in offset or digital or image on paper for that matter. He's invested in the growth of our company and how it affects our customers in whatever form it takes. He clears time for staff to learn new skills even if that means he needs to do their work while they learn."

CPrint International is an organization of independently owned family-based businesses that strive for professionalism and performance among small business that commonly lack highly developed systems and leadership. Companies from throughout North America participate in the program.

Einstein Printing is the only printer in the area that qualified for the prestigious CPrint designation. CPrint is available only to printers who demonstrate exceptional quality and service by maintaining standards in operations, training, equipment and software as well as worker benefits and working conditions. This program requires annual onsite recertification as well as participation in continuing educational programs.

"The shop is laid out so production can be done with minimum problems, thus getting jobs out on time and keeping within high quality standards."
