Press release from the issuing company

Dayton, Ohio — WorkflowOne, a leading provider of print management, marketing and distribution services announced today that the company has been named “Top Distributor of 2009” for the fourth year in a row by Print Professional magazine.  As part of this award, the company was recognized as the leader in five out of six key product categories including commercial print, forms, labels & tags, envelopes/folders/stationery and digital print.

In an interview with Dean Truitt, WorkflowOne CEO, Truitt stated, “We are delighted to be named the Top Distributor again by Print Professional magazine.   This award is a attribute to all WorkflowOne employees and their dedication to serving our valued customers.  The WorkflowOne team did an extraordinary job in 2009 transforming the company to meet the rapidly changing needs of our customers.   In the midst of a down economy, and a industry decline, we significantly improved our financial performance.  In 2009, WorkflowOne’s adjusted EBITDA increased by 27% .”

Truitt also said, “I am very optimistic about the future.  WorkflowOne is actively investing in the latest technologies and upgrading its national network to meet the changing market.  The company just opened a new 200,000 square foot distribution and digital print super center in Cranbury, New Jersey and completed a major expansion of its Columbus, Ohio super center.  We are introducing new innovative solutions and value-added services as well as making significant improvements to our information systems and customer-facing technologies.  Additionally, we are also taking steps to restructure our balance sheet to better position WorkflowOne for the future.  WorkflowOne is clearly on the move and we greatly appreciate the award by Print Professional magazine.”
