Press release from the issuing company

Paramus, N.J. and Gloucester, Mass. - The National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) and the Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (TLMI) have announced a strategic alliance through which NAPL will provide its Business Advisory Services and business leadership information to TLMI members.

"We see this as an excellent way to enhance the benefits we provide to our members," said TLMI President Frank Sablone. "The management expertise that NAPL's business advisors bring will be of great value to the entrepreneurial business owners who comprise the majority of the TLMI membership"

"We are delighted to reach this agreement with TLMI and we see it as a positive for both of our organizations and our respective members," said Joseph P. Truncale, NAPL President and Chief Executive Officer. "Our Business Advisory services are an excellent fit for closely held businesses and their leadership teams seeking to improve all phases of their business"

As part of this cooperative agreement, TLMI members will not only enjoy access to NAPL's Business Advisory team members, but also receive NAPL intellectual property, reports, study excerpts, and other proprietary information developed by NAPL for business leaders.

"We look forward to having members of the NAPL team make presentations at TLMI conferences and webinars," said Sablone. "With so many changes and challenges facing our segment of the industry, converters are looking for every advantage to help move their businesses forward. They look to TLMI for assistance in this regard, and our ability to provide that help will be enhanced through our relationship with NAPL."

NAPL's Business Advisory services include Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Analysis, Business Valuation, Sales Management, Business Development, Customer and Competitive Analysis, Performance Analysis and Improvement, Strategic Planning, Executive Coaching, and Marketing Planning and Analysis. NAPL's proprietary management tools include Performance Indicators, Competitive Edge Profile, and Key Account Accelerator.
