BCC Software introduces new address quality solution

Press release from the issuing company

Rochester, NY - BCC Software, a BÖWE BELL + HOWELL company and a leading developer of postal and data quality technology solutions that optimize client communications, announces the launch of a new software solution for address validation and standardization, Accurant AQ.

Deployable at all data touch points, Accurant AQ helps eliminate errors in address data as it enters a system by confirming it against the most current USPS reference data. Records are standardized and enhanced with essential ZIP + 4 codes, postal carrier route, delivery point, and other valuable information, all of which help companies leverage postal discounts and ensure that mailpieces reach their destination.

Compatible with multiple platforms, Accurant AQ is designed to be installed on a central server and accessed by users via a web interface. The hub-style design allows companies with multiple departments and lines of business to quickly and easily implement a solution that will unify each area it touches. This allows for the pooling of customer contact data, which is often fractured across departments and lines of business.

"We've been helping companies improve the quality of their addresses for years," says BCC President Chris Lien, "and now with Accurant AQ we can offer them front-end validation on multiple platforms as well. It builds on BCC's 'complete, correct and current' philosophy on address quality, a philosophy that demonstrates our thorough knowledge of what a truly valid and beneficial address is."
