Pemco Inc. celebrates its 50th anniversary

Sheboygan, WI, USA – On October 15 and 16 Pemco Inc. celebrated its 50th anniversary. During five decades, the company has grown from a small packaging machine rebuild company to an international supplier of packaging and sheeting solutions for the paper industry.
 
On October 15 and 16, employees, state and local officials, friends and partners of the packaging and sheeting specialist congregated at the Pemco headquarters in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, USA to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary. Employees and guests reminisced memorable moments shared during five decades of business and personal relationships.
 
Along with a tour of the facility and multiple video presentations highlighting a 50 year history of events, construction and worldwide installations, the guests were able to watch several of Pemco's high-speed cut-size packaging machines in action. In his welcome speech, Pemco's President Lee Sleiter thanked all employees, past and present, for their dedication and commitment. Many employees have been with the company for decades.
 
Founded in 1960, Pemco evolved from a small rebuild company into an internationally renowned manufacturer of packaging and sheeting solutions for the paper industry. The company joined the Körber Group in 1981 and is part of its Paper Division, Körber PaperLink.
