Press release from the issuing company
Goss International has issued its new edition of Web Offset magazine featuring the latest in Goss product information, customer profiles and technology updates.
With the third Goss Sunday 5000 – the world’s only operating 2860-mm wide offset press – set to be installed in Germany, the current edition of Web Offset magazine highlights the easily overlooked short-run efficiency and product format versatility of the super productive 96-page press. Goss International president and CEO Jochen Meissner also presents a unique commentary on why ecology, economics and evolving technology will keep print journalism relevant for years to come.
Additional topics in issue 67 of Web Offset magazine include the technology and market possibilities presented by hybrid printing, the Goss Sunday Vpak variable repeat packaging press, and profiles on unique Goss customers and equipment installations in the United States, South America, Africa and Italy and throughout Asia.
The future of print is also explored in an interview with 19-year-old student Nick Gawreluk, who is doing dynamic things with the award winning college magazine he manages at The Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in the United States.
