manroland Supervisory Board agrees to restructuring plan

In today’s extraordinary meeting, the Supervisory Board of manroland AG unanimously approved the Executive Board’s restructuring plan.

By so doing, the Supervisory Board supports the course taken by the Executive Board for long-term independence and also emphasizes the necessity of restructuring. Representatives of the owners as well as the employee representatives from all production sites endorsed the plan. Following the approval by the Supervisory Board, management and employee representatives will begin consultations on the planned measures.
