Harper booth 9032 at CPP Expo to showcase Phantom QD proofer

Press release from the issuing company

Charlotte, NC – Visitors to the upcoming Converting & Package Printing (CPP) Expo in Chicago can get the full story on the Phantom QD -- the popular line of portable proofing systems developed by Harper Scientific, division of global anilox supplier Harper Corporation.

Part of a select group of the show's Featured Exhibitors, Harper will display a Phantom QD proofer and discuss the technology behind it at Booth No. 9032. The shows run October 31 to November 3.

CPP Expo is considered the premier event for those manufacturers and suppliers who do business in the converting/package printing market. The event offers a series of technical conferences and many networking opportunities.

Harper introduced its Phantom QD Quick Drawdown proofing technology last year. Each Phantom system is equipped with its own pressure loading system. Standard features include a magnetic-loaded doctor blade, quick-change anilox and rubber rollers and roller interchangeability with Echocel Junior and Phantom hand proofers.

The new system requires no compressed air or electricity for operation. It's easy to use whenever a draw down ink proof is needed. Recently, the company debuted a motorized version of the proofer.
