Englewood Cliffs, NJ - Group M Inc, an award-winning, full-service Public Relations and Integrated Marketing agency, announced today that Rosemarie Monaco, the president and CEO of the company, will be making the opening keynote presentation at the Printing Industries of the West Conference: The Synergy of Print, October 28-30, 2010. The conference is hosted by the Printing Industries Association, Inc. of Southern California (PIASC), Printing Industries Association of San Diego, Inc. (PIASD), Printing Industries of Arizona/New Mexico, Printing Industries of Colorado, Printing Industries of Utah and Visual Media Alliance (VMA).

The Synergy of Print is being held in Monterey, California at the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa. On Friday, October 29, from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, Monaco will be delivering the keynote, "Why Can't We All Just Get Along? Integrating Sales and Marketing for Powerful Results."

Monaco will also be leading a breakout session on Saturday, October 30, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, entitled, "Entrepreneurs Unite! Relationships That Lead to Growth."

"Surveys show that more than 80 percent of companies acknowledge that there is a disconnect between sales and marketing, which directly affects revenue. My presentation is the result of a collaborative effort with leading sales executives. We spent six months studying various companies to understand what goes wrong and how sales and marketing can reconnect to achieve double-digit sales growth," said Monaco. "Marketing has evolved to where it is all about engagement with customers. Major marketers acknowledge the importance of relationships for business growth. My session will show how businesses can use the new tools of engagement to grow their businesses," Monaco added.
